Refund policy

Guild Outfitters offers a 30-day return policy on select items
The 30 day period begins on the day your item was confirmed received by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. If you purchased a product we are an authorized dealer for please do not mail the item to the manufacturer.

Item eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased your item from Guild Outfitters, have an official order tied to your name, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. We require a photo as proof of the product being undamaged or defective as a part of our standard return process.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Used items
  • Customer damaged items
  • Products missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Promotional clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom made to order product
      • Please make sure you ask as many questions as needed for any custom items to ensure you understand exactly what you are ordering

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking Fee
**All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our chat feature and we will work with you to investigate from our side the processing of your refund.
